Twenty Days prior to Ashadhi Ekadashi we start from Kurla and put Medical camp at Sasavad  and treat all those who come to us for their medical treatment and there on we  with 15 Doctors  four ambulences Trucks  cars and 50  volunteers   proceed along with  Mauli Palakhi  Dindi and  put our Medical Help centre  dispensary   up to Pandharpur . and last one
